Here’s AI in a nutshell, along with some platforms and tools that can design, generate, and optimize your and your client’s work.
AI: Artificial intelligence (AI) is the ability of machines to perform tasks that are typically associated with human intelligence, such as learning and problem-solving.
Language Learning Model (LLM): a type of AI model that is trained to learn and understand human language. Examples include:
Bard: A large AI language model, also known as a conversational AI or chatbot trained to be informative and comprehensive.
ChatGPT: an AI language model designed to engage in conversational interactions and provide coherent responses to user queries.
ChatGPT3 vs. ChatGPT4: ChatGPT 4 is 40% more likely to produce truthful responses and 82% less likely to react to requests for content that is prohibited than Chat GPT-3. The newer version is not 100% publicly available unless you have ChatGPT Premium subscription.
Generative AI: a type of AI that can create new content, such as images, text, and music. Examples include:

Prompt Engineering: the process of crafting prompts that help large language models (LLMs) generate more accurate and relevant responses. Examples include Jina, w hich enhances the AI LLM experience.
AI integration Tools: software applications that help businesses integrate AI into their existing systems and processes. Examples include Google, Amazon, and Microsoft.
Here are some examples of how LLMs can be used to utilize real estate listings, clients, and prospects:
Property description: LLMs can be used to generate detailed and informative property descriptions. Be careful and PROOF.
Draft prospecting emails: LLMs can be used to create personalized email templates that are tailored to each client's individual needs.
Blog posts: LLMs can be used to summarize valuable content, such as blog posts or YouTube videos.
Social media: LLMs can be used to create engaging social media posts that will help you reach a wider audience.
Data articles: LLMs can be used to summarize articles that are heavy in market data, making it easier for you to stay up-to-date on the latest trends in the industry.
