2023 Review and Goal Setting
I go through my end of year review each December - something I recommend every one do.
Tim Ferriss has a great process for this that I have used and modified over the past several years.
The main point is to take inventory of your year, learn from it and then look forward into next year with intention. I set goals - then try to assign a month or quarter that I’m going to complete them over several categories.
Here are 7 Areas I look at each year (in no particular order):
Relationship (Marriage or significant other)
Personal (growth or things I want to do / learn)
Spiritual
Family & Friends
Physical / Health
Financial
Work
I review last years goals and then write my 2024 goals - which start in a journal. This happens over the course of 3-4 mornings.
I then input them into Notion (my go to everything app)
I review this every month to see if I’m on track. I typically accomplish 80% of what I write down - which is up from 50% several years ago when I started!

Last Tidbit!
Super fun memory hack for the year: Scroll through your photos (not sure how many you take over the course of a year - I'm at about 500), then text people you had memories with that you are grateful for them and that you are looking forward to an amazing 2024.
Happy New Year!
